General conspiracy theory has it that it is Damon Hill. But, like every one else, I have no idea that it is true.

I have heard that it is Tiff Needell. He used to be on the original Top Gear show and is now on Fifth Gear, but him being the Stig is just a rumor I heard.

There has been a lot of speculation, but nobody knows for sure aside from the producers and maybe Jeremy himself.
