1. I didn't think it hurt. It all depends on how you handle pain though. Obviously, you will feel something when the earring pierces, but it is not bad and only lasts for a second. I would say it feels like getting a shot at the doctor. (But thats just me)
2. 6 to 10 weeks, depends on the store you get them done at. Some places let you change them after 2 weeks.
3. It all depends on the earrings you choose. Some places pierce for free and just charge for the earrings. Piercing earrings start out at 9.99 and go up to about 39.99. It depends on what style you choose.

Getting your ears pierced doesn't hurt very much, you have to keep your earrings in for six weeks and at Claire's I think its free but you have to buy a pair of earrings first. They have to be studs at first but then you can go to hoops. Also at Claire's they give you ear cleaning stuff and I am telling you 1 thing, its to not use that stuff, it made me break out in little bumps, instead you can use rubbing acholch

1. It only hurts for a little bit, but you barely notice it besides a little pinch when you first get it done.
2. You have to keep them in somewhere between 3-5 weeks, but they will tell you specifically when you get them done.
3. It is free for the actual piercing at Claire's, but the price of the starter studs depends on the pair you choose.

Also, Claire's will give you a bottle of ear cleaner that you have to use atleast twice a day to keep your ears from getting infected.

1. only for a minute if you pierce the lobe, the upper part is a different story!
2. 6 wks is the usual healing time. So you can change earrings after 6 weeks.
3. You have to buy thier earrings, the piercing is free. They cost anywhere from 20-45.00 dollars

1. Yes it hurts but you get over it.
2. You should keep them in at least six weeks so that they heal properly, always make sure you clean them well, and just to be on the safe side continue to wear earrings consistently for the next few months to keep them open.
3. Not a clue....they may just charge you for the earrings.

1. Yes, the short term shock it happened last less than a min.
2. I would wait about 2 months to reduce the risk of them getting infected or closing prematurely.
3.and last but NOT least it cost any where from 30.00 to 40.00 for the kit at Claire's, depending where you are located!
GOOD LUCK< IT"S NOTHING REALLY< I HAVE HAD IN BOTH EARS AT ONE TIME> no big deal.
