The expression says "put your money where your mouth is". Give her a sob story about how you have a big problem and you need some money right now to get you over this problem, or out of trouble. See if she offers to help. If she does, then she's a true friend.

if she is using you. if you are rich, popular, or famous and she always talks about that and nothing else, talks about how she could become famous, rich, etc she is using you. or, if you suddenly have something you didn't have before, and she didn't want to be your friend before you had that but she wants to be yoru friend now, she is using you. for example: let's say you were poor, lonely, etc before, and she didn't give you a second look, but now you are you know the opposite and she wants to be your friend now she is using you
if she never spreads rumours about you, if she sticks up for you, if she really is loyal to you no matter if you are popular or rich or anything, you might be you know not those things, and she still wants to be your friend, and all those things i mentioned, she is your true friend. she's a keeper.
