No, but there is talk that a member of Congress is pushing to re-instate the draft. If Bush is "secretly" trying to get more men to kill in Iraq, then he will have to present it to Congress, and it'll likely be turned down.

They can work on a secret plan all they want; it would have to be approved by 2/3 majority in both the House and Senate. NO WAY.

Yes, I think that is definitely on his mind even though I believe he denied he will bring back draft while he was debating with Sentor Kerry for his 2nd term.

He'll have to figure out how to get enough Sentors to approve the draft. Maybe that is not an impossbility,.

It looks that way, but thing is it has to be approved by congress and with democrats in control I don't think that bill is going to pass..☺

I don't know if he is but it might not be such a bad idea too many people have forgotten what it means to serve your country and they do is put it down all the time.
