Specific flowers w.r.t religion then it can be LOTUS,most of the HINDU Godesses favorite.........
Otherwise if god has to create only 1 flower then i wish it shall be a mixture, hybrid of Rose n Lily symbolizing LOVE n PEACE in this world of hatredness.

Most people associate the rose with love, so it would seem the logical choice. Every flower has the hand of God on it. Any flower that brings you joy and makes you smile, is God's flower. God created all things and each has its purpose. God placed us in His Creation and gave us dominion over it. We are the responsible for its care as well.

If you are going to talk about God on earth, or in Earth, you would have to see that every thing is here to occupy it's place and to fulfill it's purpose. They would all be Flowers of God. God would be big enough for that. That's why they are here. As a mere human, we are often too blind to see the beauty and use of the plain and simple, but it's there in everything. Need I say, it's there in everyone?

I would like to think that God wouldn't favor one flower over another. Those of us who study horticulture know that many flowers that are unnoticed by humans play an important role in providing food for insects who in turn provide food for animals and humans by pollinating the flowers. I have always thought the flowers of an oak tree were particularly beautiful in their modest simplicity and the host of organisms that rely on oak flowers is complex and broad. If the meek shall inherit the earth, then the modest flower shall create it.

Rather weird question, it was my understanding that those who beliieve in deities such as the christian or catholic or jewish or muslim god, believe that deity was responsible for creating everything, so why would you think that certain flowers above others would be more "religious" in meaning? Guess the same reason people draw or sculpt angels with wings, and wings with chicken feathers at that! (angels don't have wings according to the bible, for those who don't catch the cliche)
