Stop depending on your parents so much. Why not just ask them to give you extra money if you do more chores or help around the house.
If it's snowing where you live, shuffle some snow and earn some money.
Try babysitting.
Try panhandling. That seems to work best if you're young.

Dude you have to take a hit. Tell them it's your Christmas AND Birthday presents for the year. Tell them you want nothing else. They may figure they would spend that much combined anyway and get you one.
Then tell them that since only 1 good game a year comes out for it they can save money, because they'll buy less games.

tell them if they dont buy it for you you'll kill yourself. and if they still dont well thats a whole other problem.
