A few days ago I found one of my neighbors junky looking bikes in my yard and decided to throw it in front of there house and it broke since this bike always seems to be hanging out in other peoples yards as well, and this neighbor and there friends park there cars in front of my yard and dump beer bottles, cigarette butts, used condoms, paper plates, and a bunch of trash in my yard am I right to throw that bike in front of the streets or am I wrong to do that ?

IF you can prove that they are dumping trash on your yard (and you have taken the photos or have video camera footage) ... DO Take that proof (including witness statements) to the police and file an affidavit of complaint against these so-called neighbors.

Your neighbors sound like they're trailer trash. You should scold them on their behavior and tell them to take better care of their stuff.

I think you had 100% reason to do that. Get a bunch of your neighbors and tell those people to shape up.

If you have to ask . . . . . .

Anyway, sounds like you are just making yourself feel better by venting.

Did throwing the bike stop the problem?

What would you feel if the situation was reversed and you were the neighbor and it was your bike?

If you damage something that doesn't belong to you, you've committed a crime.
