i straighten my hair, curl it, and just try diff. things that look cute.
or i clean/organize my room...i have to do that quite often...lol!
or paint my nails...do things you enjoy!

Phone a friend,go to the mall,go for a walk,make some new friends,work on improving your look,get out of the house ,off the computer for a while.

Do things that you never have time to get around to.
Such as "I've always wanted to make a skirt", but you just didn't have the time or urge to. Do that now, since you're really bored.
