I think Yahoo made a mistake with this one.. they allow you 3 or 4 days to get answers to your questions but as soon as the time is up its too late to vote for your best answer.. maybe they should have a 3 day answer period and then a day for the asker to vote and then if he or she doesn't vote in that day it goes open for everyone else to vote? what do you think?

Not sure what you mean, but if you are saying why don't they vote for a particular answer themselves, then maybe they prefer to leave it to see which is best answer generally. It isn't the point for them choose, that is why there is the opportunity to vote best answer generally - doh!!!!!

I don't understand your question. Like, why is it that when people ask a question they don't pick a best answer? That's because they may not like any of the answers.
