Am I missing something? I thought that both Michigan and Cinncinati were part of the same country?

Aahh that explains it, thanks. Do they let Canadians play? We play football too.

Since you brought up the 'world series', I'd like to suggest that you don't have to change the name but maybe you could invite other countries to participate - or are you worried that someone else might win?

Presumably it's only called "International" becuase it's in another country. But since it's is part of the US National Collegiate Athletic Association competition system, no there's not going to be any Canadian teams playing.

Other guy -- the term "World Series" was adopted about 50 years before anyone in another country ever picked up a baseball bat -- what are you supposed to do at that point, change the name? Don't think so.

Sorry, I've never heard of International Bowl.If there is one, i am 100% sure it's not in the US. If the 1st guy says it's in Canada, then try asking this question in the Football (Canada) category.
