what if you like the color black, you like that kind of music, but you don't cut yourself, are you still called emo?

Everyones emo. I have yet to meet a person who lacks emotions. I wish people would stop talking about lame sterotypes all the time.

whats the opposite of EMO. i dont really care for anything. i never really show emotions. i could care less that were at war or that people are dying around that world. i dont care for the holidays, i dont care about whats cool and whats not.

i do what i like. i do what makes me happy. i do whats right in my mind.

my definition of emo is someone who is very emotional. like my friend. she started crying after a cop pulled her over. im guessing out of fear or something. but to cry when you get pulled over. thats gota be emo. i dont care if your emo, goth, punk. prep, as long as your not mean. i would call you a friend. thats just who i am. it shouldnt matter what label others give you or your friend. you are you. and stick with that.

i don;t get the whole emo thing but im used to being called one even though i don't cut myself, and b4 the emo thing i was known as goth just coz i like black and wear eyeliner, ppl judge to much, y can't they just like a person for who they are not what they are.

what if you do wear black..do listen to that music and do cut yourself? that automatically makes you emo..ive seen prppy people cut themselves for attention and then cry about how much ti hurts and never did it again..did that make them emo once removed?
