Do you think Beyonce was the star or Jennifer Hudson? In my opinion Jennifer was way better than Beyonce. Beyonce to me cannot really act. For instance in Fighting Temptation and Goldmember she was horrible because she tends to overact. I must give her props though because she did act pretty well in Dreamgirls. But i do believe Jennifer Hudson out shined her.

Jennifer stole the show off top!. The others were good...i must say Beyonce' did a good job, i was surprised. In reality the story line was focused around Effie White ( Jennifer Hudson ) any way. I really think J Hud will take all the awards for this one.

I agree that Jennifer Hudson was the real star. Her performance was amazing. Beyonce was good too, and her acting has improved since Goldmember, but Jennifer Hudson stole the show.

I agree. I think Jennifer Hudson did so much better than Beyonce. For her not being an actress, she played the hell out of her role. Good for her! Beyonce can sing, but she doesn't have the power Jennifer has, also, her acting sucks. You can tell she is just trying to remember her lines.
