I'm turning my 2-week notice in to my employer on Monday, because I am relocating to another city. I'm on very good terms with my bosses & colleagues. Any suggestions???

This is an example that might get you started:

Dear Mr./Mrs./Miss So-and-So

I will be relocating to Whatever city on whatever date because of whatever. I am therefore, regretfully, submitting my 2-week notice of resignation.
I have enjoyed my tenure here and working for you, my other superiors, and with my colleagues.
I would like to thank all of you for your kindness, support, guidance (whatever words you would like to put in here).

Sincerely,

You

Hope this helps!!

ALL business correspondance needs to be short, sweet. Like this:

(Company so-and-so),

I hereby resign from (Company so-and-so) effective (Date) at (Time).

Regards, (Your name).

The people who know you and like you will continue to. Call them in 6 months to a year. The person reading the letter doesn't need to know who you liked.
