Women are discriminated across the board, not just in business. It takes time for any group that has been marginalized to gain equality. Keep in mind, women only got the right to VOTE comparitively recently. Just persevere. Eventually women all over the world will be taken as seriously as anyone else. Consider how lucky you are to live in a country where women are allowed to work AT ALL, or become educated, or run for public office. There are quite a few places on this planet where that doesn't happen.

WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE?
Women fail to support each other. You've all heard of the "Good 'Ol Boys Club"; seems they band together right, wrong or indifferent. Women, on the other hand, do not stand up for their own rights much less those of their sisters and daughters.
I was sexually assaulted by my boss and have been told by a female therapist and my daughter to walk away from it and get on with my life. Where is the outrage?? I refuse to walk away without my dignity. I'm fighting back.

Plenty of successful women in the business world. Sure many haven't broke through the glass ceiling in corporate America, yet they are still successful making over $200,000 a year and have Ivy league educations. Just look at Nancy Pelosi, she's the third most powerful politician in the country as speaker of the house. That's clout, that's power, that's success.

This checklist is asinine. "while ladies dominate conversations" so as that's what "genuine" equality is, huh? "while a woman could be righteously offended with out being referred to as hysterical. " this is their issue to artwork out.
