Everythings clean down there and I just use water when i shower but can you use anything else to properly clean it so its hygenic and smells nice.

If your circumcised what worry ?
You have your foreskin?? pull it back and clean w/ soap and rinse. A scented soap or body wash, OK!. Men use to have talc but i have not seen them since I left the city.

I guess it's safe to use anything that women would use for their private parts. I use a really mild soap with a low PH value and I never had any problems. :)

I advise you to use some drop of a good dishwasher so to remove smell fish too!

Use some hyrdogen peroxide..a 50% solution with 50% water mixed..then rinse with water after.,...
