that's not even a q.. just because lalu is a colour full personality doesn't mean that Bihar will cease to function without our laluji!! i should say the only way that bihar can move now in terms of progress in upwards!! ( frankly speaking i think lalu and his brigade have sucked every penny out of the state and made bihar a national joke!!) and bihar will be better off without him, his useless comments and his 11 children and n no of relatives!! i hope that the state gets a chance to rid itself of these conniving people...
