♥ ♥ you are young and still growing so you need to eat, just eat healthy and get some form of exercise... eat lots of fruts and veggies, drink water, lots of water.... there are a couple of ways to make it easy... 1 do not eat foods that contain flour or sugar, thats table sugar not fruit sugar... eat whole wheat products...2 eat foods that come in their own container.... like fruits, veggies, eggs, milk, cottage cheese, cheese, meats, popcorn, oatmeal, for starters....( you buy them in a container but you dont have to add to them to eat them)♥ ♥

you must educate yourself to the food pyramid (which shows what you should be eating ) and also to the calorie content of food,,,,,, also, for general health, watch the fat and sodium levels,,,, then slowly adjust your diet,,, at 13, this is really something you must learn to do for yourself,,,, to develop an eating style and exercise style that fits you,,,, then if you find a low cal dish, perhaps your mom can help you make it,,, you dont have to leave any one food out,,, so dont go on any extreme diets,,,,, just eat smaller amounts of the things that are high calorie,, and fill up on the low calorie ,,,,,,, and also, remember, you gain weight by eating more then you burn off, and you lose by burning off more then you eat,,,, an average person will burn off at least 1000 calories a day, just breathing and basic bodily functions,,,,,, what you want to do,, is to start exercising,,, there again start slowly and build up,,,, even jogging or dancing around during tv commercials will really help,,,,,, do small amounts often,,,,, that, with cutting back on food, will get you to a healthy weight,,,,, after you arrive at that point, then just add in more exercise if you want or did eat more,,,,
