Wow too many women not enough men answering this question. From a mans perspective id say Vanessa Hudgens.Shes pretty but she looks easier to get in bed.DONT U AGREE FELLAS! Miley Cyrus looks and acts her age.

Well Vanessa have a way much make up, I like Miley she glows!!!! Miley is very pretty and have a great voice!! Vanessa is great too but I only like her charcter on High school musical cuz she doesn't have a lots of make up!!!

i dont know, does miley have a retainer or something? it sure sounds like it, and thats partially why I don't like her too much-her voice bugs me.
