Put together some photos of you together by punching a hole through the top of the upper left hand corner and tying a string through it (not too tight, though!; she'll still have to untie it!). Then, give her a photo frame (decorate it with whatever brings her a smile?) and the photos, so she can look at whichever picture she wants and have it at hand! That should be around $4.50-$5.00...
Email her, too, so no one else can look at your personal message. You can go to Hallmark.com to look at some Valentine's Day e-cards; they're all really cool and cute! You can also buy her a flower or two...
And DON'T forget to seal everything with a "Happy Valentine's Day" and a kiss. :)

how about a picture frame with a picture of the two of you together with a note (or a poem) taped to the back of the picture. chocolate doesnt hurt either.
