I don’t think that DNA was first, I think that proteins were first and then DNA appears. It is like our history we were first and then we create our knowledge, I like to think that we human are like proteins and the DNA is like our knowledge. It’s an amazing idea, I like to think that in a future we are going to organize in a big cell, like those first proteins…….

Most scientists believe that RNA was first (the RNA world)...after that things are a bit cloudy.

Humans have organized into big cells...they are called societies...we serve different functions within the society.

hmm...interesting concept but I wouldn't compare humans to proteins and knowledge to DNA.

proteins and DNA have a cause-and-effect relationship. DNA is made of proteins.

However if knoweldge is DNA....and humans are proteins...then knowledge would be 'made of' humans...but this isn't the case

Following your analogy...I would say that if knowledge is DNA...then humans are the enzymes that make it....

Sorry I don't mean to be knit-picking but the error in your analogy is a fallacy called post-hoc-ergo-propter-hoc...where one confuses a correlation with a causal connection....

i hope that helps...
