i am NOT planning this and am quite aware of what nutrition you need etc so don't worry about warning me against this! it's pure curiosity. but just say you needed 1200 calories to lose weight and you had that whole amount in chocolate you would still technically lose weight still wouldn't you? cos you wouldn't be having much more saturated fat than you're supposed to

Of course you could, as long as you only eat a LITTLE BIT of chocolate, and NOTHING ELSE.
Obviously you would loose a lot of other things, like your teeth, your health and eventually your life...

You can lose weight eating anything as long as you dont eat excessive amounts. Theres a certain amount of calories a woman should get a day. It varies with age and previous weight. I wouldnt reccomend a chocolate diet but truth of the matter is you can lose weight eating chocolate.

Ummm... I guess you could lose weight on chocolate if you really really really wanted too, I mean if you looked up the right info for it and all that junk.

i dont think so but smelling bananas and apples help lose wight
