How about a sultan's desert abode. Hang a parachute from the center of the ceiling and go with the decor of Persian rugs draped tables, for starters.

Get a bunch of play money, tape them together, and hang them as streamers. Sprinkle play coins on the tables as a decorative touch. Give bags of chocolate coins as favors. And don't forget green balloons to complete the money theme.
