You can go to 3gforfree.com (on ur phone) or u can download ringtones from something like limewire or whatever and email them to ur phone or you could use a data cable to tranfer them from ur comp to phone. Lastly, you can just have ur friends email or bluetooth their ringtones to you if u have the capability on ur device.

The best way to do it , is using the USB cable+software , that you could find it on e-bay for less than a dollar .then you can download any ringtone from any site , make sure that is right for your mobile
Also you be able to get that part of the song that you like and used it as your ring-tone.
