Honestly, you should not use waterproof on a daily basis, because over time as you remove the mascara, it weakens your lashes and begin to fall out. its best to use once in a while like on special occasions. since you will be using it for swimming, the chlorine might dry your lashes even more. however, if you still wanna i would suggest Dior, Bourjois, or Lancome. be sure to use a good eye make up remover!
Diorshow Waterproof is about 23 bucks. its really good, it volumize and extend you lashes!
Bourjois has A LOT of mascara. prices are about 15 to 25 bucks. you can find them at sephora or ulta stores. they have mascaras for volume, extending longer lashes, and they have a good one dat does both! its called Bourjois Maxi Frange Maximum Length And Volume Mascara Waterproof , and cost $19.
Lancome has a bunch too. almost like Bourjois but a little more expensive.

The best waterproof mascara that I've found is Avon's Wash-off Waterproof.

The best I've found is Splashproof by MAC. Any waterproof mascara subjected to water for long periods of time is going to come off in little flakes, but goggles should help. (Just try not to rub your eyes too often) ;)

Maybelline has some pretty good waterproof mascara but after 30 minutes of being underwater it will start to wear off. I was trying to think of this other mascara that i used that didnt come off... kind of annoying actually but if i think of it i will try tell ya

Always mascara, check it out!! Worked for me 14 years ago when I did the swim team thingy!! Remember, the rule of thumb, everybody eyes are different and trial and error will be necessary to find your perfect mascara. Good luck in your ventures.
