It may be blocked by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or it doesnt comply with your internet security/privacy rules. Try to reset privacy to default into your internet explorer. Also, do check the firewalls setting. You may have blocked the site unknowingly.

Fear of commitment?
OK that was unfair.

This could be any setting under tools INTERNET OPTIONS.
I do not believe the problem is under BROWSER OPTIONS.

First reset everything to the default levels.
Then begin loosening up the Security options
and work your way through other settings until you stumble upon the correct settings.

I have spent I do not know how many hours trying to figure out these settings. It is almost a total crap shoot.

There are also network settings that may have shut off that particular web site without your knowledge.

Good luck!

P.S. I have had the knot tied for over 25 years. She is the best that has happened to me. You will be forced to listen to all sorts f advice. The only advice you need you already have. Keep her/him first.

I was able to view www.theknot.com (nice website!) just now at home....I think your computer settings in Tools, Internet options, Security, Custom Level, are set to "High" - my levels are at "Medium-High" - 1 level below. You might just try this to see if it's the security settings.
