A good thing to do is get glycerine soap from your grocery store, be as gentle as you can with your face. Dont scrub when washing it, just use your fingers and gently massage, you can also put some rubbing alcohol onto a cotton ball after you wash your face and apply it to your faace, the dries the acne out and it will go away soon. Be sure not to use a hard soap on it and dont pop them either, that makes the bacteria in them spread and cause more!

i myself LOVE olive oil soap - from a health food store - costs less than $2.00...use it every morning and every evening - it won't dry your skin, but in a couple of weeks...really works...also...take 50mcg of zinc/day and go easy on the make up - try to avoid foundation whenever possible...i'm telling you - my acne was so awful and it worked for me!!!
