The definition of "flaw" which relates to a human characteristic is a defect or weakness in a person's character. So, basically anything that is the opposite of a defect or weakness would be what you're looking for. i.e. perfect, fine point, strength, flawless, unblemished, impeccable, ideal, faultless, absolute, unsurpassed to name some possibilities.
