you can download it from the http://www.limewire.com for free but make sure you've got javascript installed too or the download is going to stall. if you don't have javascript, go to the website, download it first from http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp (it's free again) and then download limewire. just follow the steps in the installation wizard.
