How does a rehabilitated person get a job with a list of felonies?

Good question. Not hiring a person who has paid thier debt to society should be a form of discrimination but that is just my foolish opinion. You should tell the truth and hope for the best but you may be forced to lie at some point and hope they don't check. Somebody will eventually hire you so when that happens just do your best and earn back your reputation.

there have been countless applicants the place I worked who had felonies whom i might enjoyed to have employed. regrettably because of the fact of their record i became prevented from doing so. there became a man or woman who stated " no " to the legal area of the applying yet lied. for helpful this man or woman became terminated on the spot 2 days later whilst the certainty got here out.

honesty is always best. someone will be willing to give you an opportunity, you just have to keep trying. request an in person interview so you can explain the circumstances of your criminal history and how you have rehabilitated yourself. good luck.

go to your local employment agencies or ManPower, they have a list of companies that hire felons.
