.....into believing that a non-UK computer is a UK-based computer? Then we can listen to sporting events on line that are not officially available to non-UK listeners. This includes virtually all their soccer commentaries.

if you change all the regional settings to uk in the control pannel this should fake out most sites, but then most sites detect what country your from via the ip address.
if u want to watch the bbc u can use something like http://wwitv.com/
