how to regain the lost color of skin.i was white and due to heas and sum i m not fair?

If you are naturally fair,you dont have to worry about how to regain it.
Natural color will restore automatically without much efforts.But you need to wait for some time.Time duration depends from person to person.So i cant tell you exactly how long will it take.
I have fair complexion.But some years ago i lost it due to over exposure to UV rays.After 3 to 4 months i regained my natural color.
All you can do is drink plenty of water and eat nutritional food.
