I go on missions and find the person who needs to be rescued sometimes I can show my badge and safley rescue them but other times the wind picks me up and eventually kicks me out of the mission?

The game has a timer per floor. If you take too many steps or turns, you get teleported out by a "unseen force". Try to avoid this as it counts as a defeat and makes you lose items and all of your money. The best strategy to use is just to blow through rooms while searching for the stairs. Once you get to the floor you want, blow through the rooms quickly looking for the rescuee.
Holding down A+B also counts as taking a turn. If you want to level up, go to Makuhita Dojo, they do not have a timer there.

it means your wandering around too long and u need 2 rescue that pokemon quickly trust me it's happend 2 me when i first started playing. good luck on your missions :)
