Which do you consider a better medical drug? (MEDICAL USE ONLY) Why? Should it be legalized or kept under government control?

Some of you probably cringe at the mention of cocaine. Please people reputation is not an issue here.

I did hear marijuana is legal but only in california? and the legal users still get harassed by the cops anyway so I don't see any difference.

i would say marijuana because it is in the most natural form when used as a drug. and i think there are more studies to support its use long term.

Cocaine is because its used in used in a lot of medicine. And way back some years it was legal to use. why you could buy it at most drug stores and at sears stores. But the a lot of house wives were becoming addicted from the use. They were drinking a lot of the cough syrup that had a large amount of cocaine in it. But some slave owners would give cocaine to the slaves to get them to perform better. Until they noticed they wre becoming addited also and getting out of hand.

Marijuana is already legalized for medical use lol! Where our you from? Like any drug it needs to be controlled at this time, to many people want to abuse it.
However some day it might be legalized, I am not holding my breath. But since I am legal to have it, it doesn't matter one way or the other to me...

Marijuana merits some thought as being a legalized drug,I understand it aids cancer patients and those with glaucoma.The thing to consider is that we already have a drug that's available at every turn ;present within 60% of all crime and I couldn't guess at the percentage of health related issues.It's called alcohol,and it's the bane of our society,so why add another available drug no matter it's slight benefits!

Marijuana has a much more benefital use then cocaine does, and yes i think marijuana should be legal for those who would benefit from its use medically.

You can take pills that give you the same medicinal attributes as pot without the thc and the high. Cocaine on the other hand has been extensively used in facial surgeries as a anasthetic. I think both should be controlled substance but pot should be a little more availible for recreational use.

I would say Marijuana. One of the many benefits of cocaine is that it will tear apart your life in a very short period of time.
