If you could go back in time and give yourself advice, what would you say? Besides buying Microsoft stock and California real estate and not flying on 9/11, that is. And do you think you would follow your own advice?

I didn't mean the question to be so deep. Honestly and specifically, I'd tell myself how to better seduce my best friend back in junior high. I think my whole life would have been different after that. And that's probably the only advice that I would have listened to anyway. Although I agree with everyone else so far, that I should have worried less and done more. It's just that life is short, but that it's unpredictable, so why not?

if i could go back in time and talk to my old self i think i would beat the crap out of myself more then i would do talking from alot of the stupid stuff i have done in my short life thus far LOL..For starts i would have told myself to do better in school and stay in school and dont drop out and to be respectfull and open minded about all things in life and not to be so judgemental towards other people and last thing would be to spend more time with the ones i loved and lost before thier time was up as thats the one thing i will always regret the most in my life...

I would have told myself to move out of my mom's house at 14 and start to transition much sooner than I actually did. I had to wait 7 hellish years because of my parents.

Relax and go for it, life is to be enjoyed! I don't think my teenage self could have followed the advice too busy being concerned and intense.

I wouldn't be the same person that I am today if I would have done anything different. I would tell myself to hang in there, because it does get better.

Do better in school... go to college immediately after high school... DO SOMETHING!!! anything, even if it's not what you want to do in life, just so you don't look back and realize that you've done nothing, and umm....hmm...well... I guess I would have told myself to be on the ASU campus back in 2001, so I could have met my bf sooner :o)

Finish college, don't have pre-marital sex, date people with character.
Would I follow my own advise? not unless I could take back the knowledge that I have. That is why our kids don't listen...you have to live it yourself to understand and make your own mistakes.

I'd tell myself to learn as much as I can and that my brain is my best friend.

Don't try to picture who you'll marry, because when you find them, you'll be shocked. Don't worry so much that life won't pan out for you, it will.
