I wanted to know if anyone had codes to make tabs at the top of the page, and how to link the tables and other information to them. Please note that I am still somewhat beginner in HTML but am learning very quickly.

I'm going to assume that you know the difference between HTML and CSS. Therefore, what you're looking to do is a simple conjunction of the two. The tabs are basically defined with CSS, and the links are in your HTML. Eric Meyer is master at these things.

You know they are just sample images or flash buttons.
you can easily create 3 series images and put them beside each other to create tabs.

1 series for default.
second series are used when even mouse moved on it, on mouse over the image should be cahange, so you should the image address to another.

third series are for clicking the image.

also you can use flash buttons for tabpages which are plugins for HTML editors such as dreamweaver, just install dreamweaver.
