First, that would be unconstitutional. The UN has not power under our Constitution. They'd have to pass an amendment to the constitution.

Only if they are stupid enough. This would guarantee the return of the GOP to congressional power, and they would quickly repeal that tax hike.

Let's hope so. That would be awesome. The UN needs economic independence to prevent Republicans from holding it hostage, and stopping its vital work on behalf of world peace and human development.
