do comcast on demand cable boxes have digital audio outputs on them?

The rep i spoke to stated that there is a digital coaxel on the back, but i got the new motorola box and there is only the red and white stereo connectors.

The Motorola set top box should have a digital optical and coax connectors.

What model do you have? I have the Motorola DTV3412 HD/DVR set top box.
