See i love acting for the camera and i love the lights the microphones, the editing all of it, i make music videos and indie films; the problem is everyone who puts their videos on youtube are just being silly for the camera or so boring it's ridiculous! i put a lot of time in my work and would love to show some for free and sell some of it. youtube isn't professional enough, is there a website for people who make good work and are serious about it? not just laughing and joking in ur pijamas or talking to ur online camera for an hour; my work is actually entertaining and would love for everyone to see it. any suggestions?

Try getting your own website. Still post one or two short vids on youtube/other similar sites, but put your site's url at the beginning and end (or possibly at the bottom of the screen) of the video: "More videos at www.blahblahblah.com".
