I dont think that is possible.
If there was a way to find that out, Why would MSN implement blocking users, that wouldnt make any sense.

you can't all you do is send them a message when they are online and if you don't get a reply then yes you have been blocked

i have NO clue, i dont even have a msn. AIM is better in my opinion by a lot.
