I start my weekly internal exams on Wednesday so I don't know if I am beginning to efface yet or anything like that.

ok well if ya feel less pressure on your upper abdominal then the baby has dropped which is called lightening but if not the i believe the baby is just moving around because at 36 weeks the baby should be about the same weight but gaining little by little in the womb but still the baby should have a harder time moving around if the baby has dropped:) still hope i helped and good luck with the baby
