why can i get online ok but others with a different user account have problems??

Question

I have windows xp and i am the administrator. I get onto the internet ok but all of a sudden the husband and kids are having a delay of around 5 mins before the internet page comes up-its very frustrating what can i do to correct this?

you will need to give then permission to access the internet,.... read the help on how to setup internet access for users,,

if their profiles are limited accounts this can heavily affect this.
