the terms of the website youtube.com state that it's copywright infringment to use celebritie's music to make a video urself. BUT yesterday i checked out youtube and there were a ton of guys and girls making home videos singing along to record label owned music!!! what's the deal? can we or can we not use celebritie's songs to make a video??

You should be able to if many people are doing it, but you need to know how. I, myself don't know how.
