It is a matter of personal taste I have always been of the mind that DC has the better heroes, more iconic ones at the very least i.e. Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern et al but that Marvel had the more interesting villains Doctor Doom, Magneto, Galactus, Green Goblin.

In fact the inter company fight I always wanted to see was the DC heroes versus the marvel villains

Marvel - They have the better characters, particularly The Avengers, Captain America, Daredevil and Thor

i think they both tend to do the same thing. any hero you find in dc comics, you can find one that's about the same in marvel. they bounce back and forth the same writers and artists, and even cross over into each other's worlds. rather than worrying about who has the better powers or heroes, you might want to find creators that rock your socks and read anything they write/draw, no matter what brandname they are writing/drawing for.

No it quite is not actual. There are 5 possibiliies with a million honorable point out. they're... Captain chilly. reflect grasp. Professor Zoom. Gorilla Grodd. And Turbine all have the skill and talents to defeat Flash in a one-on-one conflict. definite I knew this (all yet Gorilla) right that's what i stumbled directly to offer a greater unique description. Honorable point out is Mob Rule yet rather unlikely.

This is pretty seriously a matter of personal taste. At one time or another, I've pretty much sampled the spectrum of what was available, when I could afford it.
Especially when you consider how much each has tried to copy the other's success, as well as how many creative talents have changed sides back & forth.

Marvel-- I'm a bigger fan of the X-Men.
DC is just a LITTLE too perfect for me.
