I had mine in May. I was pregnant all winter and it was wonderful. I could dress up and wear bigger clothes without dying from the heat. You're supposed to walk a lot during pregnancy and I could do that without sweating. I loved having her around then. I think when I decide to have anohter, I will try around the same time. Hopefully it will work lol

I had my son in November of 2002 . Nothing was bad about that year . I have my daughter in August of 2004 and nothing was bad about that year except for the heat . I am currently pregnant with my 3rd and it is due Feb 6 of 2007 . This year has been really hard with the cold weather and all the new viruses that are going around. My 2 kids have been sick since the day after Thanksgivning and I haven't been up to par either . I just pray to God that they will be better by the time the new baby is here . especially were it is RSV season . I would have to say if this is your first child anytime of the year is good same with secand . When you children get going to school and everything try to avoid a winter baby .to much sickness and it wears you down .

My first son was born July 18 of 1990, I lived in Florida and it was sooo hot, I was so big, and miserable, he was 13 days late and delivered by c-section bc he was to big.. I didnt want anymore kids but the dr refused to tie my tubes even tho i was 25, she said i would regret it and i would want a sibling for him..
My second son was born Feb 1, 2003.. he was due Dec 27 2002, but the dr felt he just wasnt ready.. i gained almost 100lbs with him and i wasnt very nice to anyone.. he was also c section..
My third son was born April 17 2005, he laid transverse the whole 9 months and he was also c section.. when I found out he was a boy ( i thought for 3 months he was a girl bc i was always sick, unlike my other 2) i told my dr i didnt want any more kids and so he was my last, and now when i see babies i want another one.. my husband dosnt have any children and i would love to give him a son or daughter ( my dr says for 14 grand we could have a baby LoL)

my eldest daughter was born Dec 29- if i could change the date i would( WAY too close to Christmas. ) Also for school purposes its a bit tricky- they are the youngest in the class and there could be close to year difference between them and their classmates. I was worried that she wouldn't excel in some of the areas that her classmates were b/c of the age difference, but she is in the top of her class. I think Spring is the best time to have a baby, then you don't ahve to go all through the summer months big and pregnant-it is uncomfortable!!

My daughter was born mid-October. It was cold and raining. That means i was pregnant through out the summer...not fun! The downside about October baby is that i was not able to go out for walks coz of the cold and rainy weather. In the end...a baby is a gift no matter what time of the year you get em.

my daughter was born on august 18th...we live in SC so the whole last trimester of my pregnancy i left my house maybe like five times :) i would definetely try to avoid being that far along during the summer...also try to avoid holidays..you dont want their special day to be overshadowed...another good idea is try to plan for the baby to be born in a month where his birthday will be the only celebration..it will make it that much more special and easier on your pocketbook :) good luck and remember when your not trying...it will happen!! :)

My daughter was born December 19, and it was good because she was born, obviously, but it as bad because she does get short-changed on presents and attention on her birthday by the extended family (they want to give her b-day presents on Christmas too). I always make extra effort to make her birthday a separate event from Christmas of course. And a summer birthday would be better because we could have her party at the park instead of our house.

I was in my 3rd trimester over the summer - the heat was unbearable! My electric bill skyrocketed b/c I kept the A/C at 65-70 degrees. And the hot flashes made it that much worse.

Both of mine were born in August. All I can say is thank God for air conditioning. As far as trying for a certain month, good luck. Pregnancy doesn't always occur exactly when you want it to.

My daughter was born March 15th nothing really bad about it. The good thing was my Husband Birthday was the 30th so it was a very very good birthday for him. Another good thing I am a nursing student and it was spring break.
