In Romania, putting your thumb up like you want to hitchhike is.

In Britain (and I think Australia) doing the peace sign, but backwards with the back of your hand facing the person instead of the palm, is pretty much the same thing.

Yes, you've seen the good old Italian flip? Well there's two of them really.

One is to take one hand and chop it into the fold of your arm (opposite your elbow) and close that arm upward making a fist....

And the other is to take the back of your hand, run it up your neck and flip your hand open.

Nothing is more satisfying than a good body gesture especially when words just don't cut it.

there are several; in Arabia, while sitting down and you cross your legs, it is considered the same as the " finger" because you are showing the lowest part of your body to whom ever you are sitting with....in Italy, they have been known to use several different gestures, one of which is the scraping of the underside of the chin with the back of your hand twards the offending person....winking your eye is considered vexing is some cultures as well.

yes! In Mexico if you do the sign that means "okay" (when you put your thumb and pointer finger together) it means pretty much the same thing as flicking someone off.
