in case ur wondering am doing health and social care at college ave tried looking on the net but a cannot find anything thats relevant to what a need!

by communicatin with each other, you feel more comfortable n gain trust, you eventually find it easier and easier to talk to people, and you know that they are there for you no matter what n that they r lisnin

there are three points to a successful relationship and they are
Affinity
Reality
Communication
If you get two in place, then the third will automatically follow and you will find yourself being friends with this person.
An example, you're admiring a great view and mention it to another tourist. You both have the same reality (the view) and you are communicating. the more you do this, you will develop affinity (warm feelings of friendship) with this person.
Communication is the key to solving difficulties or problems of any kind. Problems only exist where there are different realities, you see things one way and someone sees it another. So you have to communicate in order to find a common ground (reality) and then you end up liking each other (affinity).
Hope this makes sense. It works all the time, a simple formula for getting on with people.

I'm doing h&sc as well and the best way to improve your communication skills is to learn the following things
1) be confident
2) barriers to communcation
3) diverstity and equality in society
5) what is meant by communication
just in case what this is all about its BTEC level2, unit 1 and hope this will help you.

By communicating you are showing the person your prepared to be open and honest with them no matter how vulnerable that leaves you.
