Iam trying to install hotbar emoticons on my computer...?

The tech support at hotbar says my firewall is blocking installation. How do I correct this problem?? HELP! I love those little smileys! I do not know how to "turn off" my firewall as they suggest to allow the program in.

Don't instal. It has a built in virus
