Unusual local weather events happen sometimes. That doesn't mean global warming is coming to kill us all.

Remember the great dustbowl in the 30's. For 10 years the climate in places like Oklahoma went nuts. Was that global warming too? Where I live, the last 2 years we had 150% of rainfall. It was all very cold rain. Global warming? Gee they had two big blizzards in Denver recently. Global warming?

Was the 2005 heavy hurricane season due to global warming? How about the very mild one we experienced in 2006?

People know it's happening. The thing is, what is the major cause of this? We just heard that cows/pig result in 18% of global warming(of course could be wrong aswell). Who's to say that we have very little impact and something else is causing this? We should know everything, hopefully in a few years before it's too late.

Mr. T has this one. Even the EU scientist paper on global warming said warming is at least accelerated by clearing pollution and reducing shade. With so much controversy over what causes it, why should we tie it to human energy consumption?
