It comes natural. Most women don't see gender, but just what attracts them.
Don't be nervous, and don't lose sight of the fact that she is your friend, even if you don't agree on it.
When your friends start coming out, they need all the support they can get.
In time, she will learn for herself what its all about, and you will be happy knowing that you have helped her. Or at least, been there for her when she needed it the most.
Thanks for taking the time to ask for her.

The whole question of, "is it okay?" is entirely relevant to the person. I can't answer if something is "okay" for you or a friend. Only you, yourself, can know.

In my own case, I have sometimes felt physical attraction for a woman. I've even experimented alittle more into that with someone. It hasn't made me gay however. I still love guys and choose not to be in a physical relationship with other women.

Tell your friend to experiment. Maybe it'll be learning experience for her and she'll learn if its serious or just a fad.

I have romantic feelings for other women and know many women that do as well. There's nothing wrong with that. If she' interested in a relationship with the other woman, she should ask her out. She might get lucky and find someone.

Tell her that if these feelings come naturally to her then to go along with it.

FACT: There are as many homosexuals today as there were thousands of years ago. This is evidence that it's a naturally occuring thing.

hypothetical questions are rather obvious, but that's ok. :-)

it's ok to have feelings for another woman. People do not choose who they love, you do have to decide whether the love you have will be equal to the amount of hassle you get from people who dont understand.

Just relax and let them come to their own conclusions. Interfering in such things will probably make it worse... A person has to make their own decisions throughout life. Don't force anything on them.

She should just introduce herself and talk.
Like straight people do
She can tell the other she is attracted to her:what are the options?
Simple:person b)declines:end of story
or she accepts:beginning of story
Either way:speech is important.

A person’s sexual orientation is just one aspect of his/her personality.
Allow your friend the freedom to be herself.
