i am 172 cm and 59 kg. could i lose weight, gain weight, or should i stay the same?

please answer!!!!!!

you are a halthy young women that is in her range of weight if you are comfortable with your size stay that way if not try something athletic

U r 5 ft 6 in, which is really gud height 4 a 15 yr girl. 59 kg, thts gud. Ur perfect. Maybe ur frnds are jealous.

As long as you eat healthy and feel healthy,you should be happy and exercise never hurt anybody,in fact it is one of the factors which ensures good health through out your life! do not obsess about your weight,instead concentrate on leading a healthy and balanced life,both in body and mind. i wish you all the best dear

Depends a lot on your bone structure and fitness level, but you sound about perfect to me. If you are not happy with your figure, try eating healthy and participating in sports that you think are fun- no need for drastic diets and your age.

Too skinny - another 9-14 kg would be perfect.

Depends on your body frame really.

But if I were you , I'd gain a few kilograms . 5 or 7 kilograms would be fine.
